Abstract Tunable metasurfaces show promising applications in modulating flexural waves, but existing research lacks effective modulation of multidirectional waves. In this paper, a tunable radial metasurface is proposed, which able to manipulate the waves achieve various functions, especially control single-focus and multi-focus focusing positions inside metasurface. The consists arc sub-units, height slider sub-units can be adjusted obtain phase shift covering range 2 π with high transmittance. order realize focus position, beam formula suitable for deduced, so as accurately position. addition, enables multi-functions switching wave such omnidirectional vibration isolation propagation direction, source illusion, spiral wavefront generation. design paper provides new method facilitates application practical engineering.
