Nanofluid flow over a rotating disk has several applications in engineering and industrial sectors, such as cooling systems, heat exchangers, aerospace renewable energy systems. In the current analysis, couple stress nanofluid is reported. The consists of ethylene glycol titanium aluminum vanadium (Ti6Al4V) nanoparticles (NPs). unique properties Ti6Al4V-NPs, biocompatibility, high strength, boiling point (1604–1660 °C), corrosion resistance, make them more suitable for automobile industries. For mass transfer, Cattaneo–Christov concept introduced. addition, fluid subjected to magnetic field, Hall current, thermal radiation, Joule heating. modeled equations are restructured into dimensionless system ordinary differential (ODEs) by using similarity approach. ODEs further numerically solved through MATLAB package based on finite difference method (BVP4c). results presented figures. It been observed that curves decline with influence solutal time relaxation parameters, respectively.

Wastewater discharge is important in numerous areas of industries and governance the environmental sectors. Controlling monitoring water pollution are essential for protecting availability upholding standards sustainability. Thus, current study, effects pollutant concentration (PDC) considered while analyzing flow non-Newtonian nanofluids (NNNF) through permeable Riga surface subject to heat radiation. Walter's B fluid (WBF) second-grade fluids (SGFs), two distinct types NNNF, have been investigated. The expressed as a system PDEs, which simplified into lower order by employing similarity approach. These equations (ODEs) solved using Levenberg Marquardt back-propagation optimization algorithm (LMBOA) artificial neural network (ANN). Matlab package "bvp4c" used generating dataset validate results ANN-LMBOA. was developed various scenarios, well ANN evaluation validation. accuracy ANN-LMBOA model estimated though statistical tools, i.e., histogram, regression measures, curve fitting, performance plots, validation tables. numerical outcomes bvp4c also compared published literature. Which show best resemblance with each other limiting case. targeted date absolute error accomplished within range 10–4-10–5 confirms outstanding It concluded form histograms (EHs) that EHs values case 1–4 lie about $$3 \cdot 6 \times 10^{{ - 7}}$$ , $$7 83 9}}$$ $$- 4.7 8}}$$ 2 9 6}}$$ respectively.
