This study examines email spam, WhatsApp, and Telegram in relation to Singaporean cybersecurity, financial security, personal privacy. Use convenience sampling descriptive statistics analyze 157 online questionnaires. The results reveal privacy risks high rates of phishing unwanted messages. Younger digital users are more vulnerable these threats, while higher-educated people aware likely take precautions. perceived requests for improved cybersecurity features show user anxiety. report identifies platform security knowledge gaps, underscoring the need enhanced stricter regulatory oversight, targeted public education. proposals include enhancing encryption, implementing AI-driven spam detection, revising Singapore's legislative framework.
