The quality and crystallization process of all-inorganic perovskite films play a crucial role in the performance solar cells. However, traditional detection methods lack three-dimensional depth information real-time capabilities, hindered by strong visible light absorption, posing challenges to research. Here, simple digital holography technique is proposed that offers real-time, nondestructive, phase imaging with low absorption characteristics short-wave infrared range. use reduces negative impact vibrations environment on accuracy, while being nearly non-absorbing. method operates at speed 15 Hz, combining lensless vertical structure, holographic reconstruction algorithm, unwrapping algorithm achieve observation without image distortion noise CsPbBr3 quantum dots (PQDs)/ethylene-vinyl acetate solution, which crystallizes 39 s. Subsequently, employing minimum bounding rectangle, field stitching, intensity registration, sub-pixel level calibration algorithms, characterization performed large-sized droplet polymethyl methacrylate-matrix-encapsulated dots, has time 1285 s, limited view. Finally, using this system, surface film assessed, revealing fluctuations edge fabrication defects film. Experimental results demonstrate potential enhancing formation inspection. By leveraging technology, advancements development high-performance cells can be fostered, optimizing global energy output.
