The well-being of wildlife populations, ecosystem health, and human health are interlinked, preserving is crucial for sustaining healthy ecosystems. Wildlife numbers, in particular avian have steeply declined over the past century, associated with anthropogenic factors originating from industry, urbanization, changing land use, habitat loss, pollution, emerging diseases, climate change. All these combine to exert increasing stress impair both humans wildlife, diminished metabolic, immune, reproductive function, deteriorating overall reduced longevity. "toxic aging coin" suggests that stressors may dual impacts on aging-they can accelerate process, older individuals struggle cope pollutants compared younger ones. These responses reflected productivity individuals, at a larger scale, ability populations withstand disturbances. To understand potential risk lifespan, it important articulate some global challenges consider their process. In this review, we use toxic coin One Health conceptual frameworks examine interconnected humans, This exploration aims develop proactive approaches optimizing health.

Microplastics (plastic particles < 5 mm) are ubiquitous pollutants that pose the ability to carry microbiota, including pathogens. Microbial adhesion is usually a sign of pathogenicity, thus we investigated adherent strains found on 4 mm nylon strips, which were ingested and excreted by wild fish specimens. Polymer analysis samples shown no signs degradation, nor have their controls, represented strips submerged in same water tanks. Both controls presented pathogens large numbers, revealing fact microplastics can be physical carriers for aquatic environment.
