The
Brewster
effect,
dating
back
to
the
pioneering
work
of
Sir
David
in
1815,
offers
a
crucial
route
achieve
100%
energy
conversion
between
incident
and
transmitted
propagating
waves
at
an
optical
interface
is
fundamental

practical
applications,
such

polarization
filtering,
beam
steering,
broadband
angular
selectivity.
