Abstract
Heterocycles

Efficient
methods
for
the
synthesis
heterocycles
remain
critical
meeting
demands
these
industries.
Recent
advances
multicomponent
reactions
(MCRs)
utilizing
2‐aminobenzothiazole
(ABT)
have
shown
promising
results

heterocycles.
The

Various
synthetic

Abstract
We
propose
a
synthetic
process
for
the
preparation
of
benzoxazole
building
block
programmed
death-ligand
1
inhibitor
that
is
candidate
currently
under
clinical
investigation
cancer
treatment.
Our
research
focused
on
searching
mild,
scalable,
and
ecofriendly
conditions
synthesis
benzoxazoles.
To
reduce
use
toxic
reagents
or
solvents
to
minimize
production
organic
wastes,
cyclization
reaction
was
performed
in
an
aqueous
micellar
medium.
This
in-water
gave
comparable
yields
previously
reported
processes,
applied
broad
range
benzoxazoles
with
various
substitution
patterns,
showcasing
its
effectiveness
reactions.

Herein,
we
report
the
synthesis
of
a
series
new
compounds
by
combining
2-aminobenzothiazole
with
various
profens.
The
were
characterized
using
techniques
such
as
1H-
and
13C-NMR,
FT-IR
spectrometry,
high-resolution
mass
spectrometry
(HRMS),
detailed
HRMS
analysis
conducted
for
each
molecule.
Their
biological
activities
tested
in
vitro,
revealing
significant
anti-inflammatory
antioxidant
effects,
comparable
to
those
standard
reference
compounds.
Lipophilicity
was
experimentally
determined
through
partition
coefficient
(RM)
measurements.
To
understand
their
binding
affinity,
molecular
docking
studies
perfsormed
analyze
interactions
human
serum
albumin
(HSA).
stability
