This study contributes to the understanding and promotion of mental health among sexual minority college students by examining a comprehensive range outcomes, including psychological distress indicators well-being. Using survey data from 521 at US state university, we applied stress model resilience model, while also considering paradox, compare outcomes between heterosexual students. Our findings indicate that report higher levels depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors compared their peers. Additionally, they score lower on measures positive well-being, inner peace, environmental mastery, happiness, life satisfaction, purpose, self-perceived health, fulfilling relationships. We further found exhibit resilience, largely due insecurities related safety, food, housing. These underscore need for targeted programs services support well-being foster healthier environments.
