Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between PREDICT tool overall survival (OS) scores and high-risk patients according TAILORx risk categorization in elderly hormone reseptor (HR) positive human epidermal growth factor negative early breast-cancer patients. Materials Methods:We conducted a retrospective study, extracting data from medical records of 64 diagnosed with breast cancer.A analysis was performed on all who had Oncotype Dx Recurrence Scores across five centers 2017 2022.PREDICT were defined as calculated 10-year OS rates via tool. Results:The median age 67, range 65-75 years.Low-risk slightly higher two compared (78% vs. 73%), (81% 77%), which statistically significant. The progesterone receptor (PR) level significantly lower group (3.5% 80%).A unit decrease associated 11% increase odds being group. However, these effects weren't significant multivariate analysis.A PR increased (by 5% analysis) group. Conclusion:Our underscores importance using combination tools, including tool, levels, categorization, for comprehensive assessment patients, especially older population.Accurate is crucial tailoring treatment optimizing outcomes this vulnerable population.Future studies are warranted further validate findings larger cohorts explore additional biomarkers genomic signatures that may aid management cancer

A new genus of Baetidae is described from Southeast Asia, Procerobaetis gen. nov. It has a wide distribution reaching Indonesia (Sumatra) to the Philippines. Two species are Indonesia, P. leptobranchius et sp. and petersorum nov., one Philippines, freitagi characterized by having seven pairs elongate, apically pointed gills. At least gills I II very slender with strongly extended points, which unique in Baetidae. Similar were Leptophlebiidae. further long, legs extended, slightly bent claws. The antennae posess remarkable spines at outer, lateral margin, maximally developed on segments IX–XI flagellum. No present posterior margins abdominal tergites I–VI. COI sequences obtained all three species. genetic distances (Kimura 2-parameter) between these 13% 20%. Very limited 0% 1% found specimens same occurrence two different area Sumatra discussed.

Only three species were previously reported: L. molawinensis (Müller-Liebenau, 1982) sumigarensis from larvae boettgeri (Ulmer, 1924) adults. Eighteen new have been identified using a combination morphology genetic distance (COI, Kimura 2-parameter). They are described illustrated based on their key to all Philippines is provided. The total number has 21 species. We studied faunistic and ecological factors influencing distributions of aquatic beetles in the Northern Western Ghats (NWG) India. In period 2013–2017, we collected 213 samples from 105 localities within area obtained 66 species, majority which belong to Dytiscidae. Relative occurrence based on incidence data revealed that dytiscid water beetle Laccophilus inefficiens as most widespread species. Non-parametric richness estimators Chao2, Jackknife1 Bootstrap showed 70–80% fauna was covered sampling efforts different types freshwater habitats.
