This
study
aimed
to
investigate

association
of
chrononutrition
indices
with
circadian
preferences
and
mental
health
in
adults.

We
investigated
the
association
of
chronotype
and
sleep
behaviors
with
mental
well-being,
eating
behaviors,
adiposity
traits
among
a
sample
urban
Malaysian
adults

Sunway
University

Abstract
Background
During
pregnancy,
physiological
changes
can
affect
eating
and
sleeping
habits,
which
may
eventually
have
negative
consequences
for
maternal
foetal
health.
To
better
understand
these
changes,
it
is
essential
to
develop
a
reliable
questionnaire
that
addresses
lifestyle
habits
such
as
snacking
daytime
napping.
This
study
aimed
determine
the
validity
reliability
of
Chrononutrition
Profile
Questionnaire-Pregnancy
(CPQ-P).
Methods
A
total
399
women
in
their
second
third
trimester
pregnancy
were
recruited
from
government
child
health
clinics
Kuala
Lumpur
Putrajaya
completed
self-administered
online
questionnaire.

with
an
expert
panel
consisting

Confirmatory

analysis
