The occurrence of diabetic kidney disease (DKD), a critical microvascular issue in diabetes, is progressively on the rise. In recent years, long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have garnered considerable attention as novel and layer biological regulation. Our knowledge regarding roles underlying mechanisms lncRNAs various diseases, including DKD, continues to evolve. Similarly, microRNAs (miRNAs), which are small RNAs, been recognized crucial contributors cellular processes pathogenesis. Emerging studies highlighted complex interactions between miRNAs, particularly context underscoring their importance human diseases. Renal intrinsic cell damage an important cause inducing DKD. Persistent high glucose stimulation leads remodeling renal cells cascade pathological changes. Abstract: Kidney disease is a major public health concern that has significant effect on patient's life span and quality of life. However, effective treatment for most kidney diseases lacking. Nanotechnology mainly explores the design, characterization, production, applications objects in nanoscale range been widely used medical field. To date, there an increasing amount research application nanotechnology disease. systematic bibliometric studies remain rare. In this review, data collected from Web Science Core Collection database until December 31, 2024, were subjected to analysis. A total 1179 articles reviews included. The publication trends, countries, institutions, authors, co-authorship, co-citations, journals, keywords, references pertaining topic examined. results showed increasing. leading country, organization, author China, Sichuan University, Professor Peng Huang, respectively. Carotid artery stenosis (CAS) often goes undetected until it reaches an advanced stage, which can result in serious complications. The present study evaluated the potential of long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) LINC01088 as a biomarker for CAS. 92 CAS patients and healthy controls (Control group) were included.
