OBJECTIVES: In recent years, increased physician workload has led to higher levels of interference between work and private life with increasing stress job discontent. The objective this paper was study if the experience work–life (WLI) is associated a high risk burnout discontent (turnover intention dissatisfaction) following year among physicians in Sweden. METHODS: applied data for 2021 2022 from Longitudinal Occupational Health survey Care professionals Sweden study. comprised representative sample (N=1575) working Descriptive analyses included frequencies estimates prevalence Chi-square McNemar tests. Analyses association were assessed through logistic regression reporting odds ratios (OR) 95% confidence intervals (CI) adjusting demographics work-related factors. RESULTS: Higher WLI 1.53 (95% CI 1.05–2.25) times burnout, 2.06 1.68–2.54) dissatisfaction, 1.72 1.47–2.00) turnover 2022. CONCLUSIONS: Experiencing negatively affects mental well-being satisfaction This could ultimately impact quality care necessitates further research clarify role healthcare workers

Objective This study aimed to explore the predictive value of severe burnout complaints, symptom dimension and depressive symptoms for subsequent all-cause medically certified sickness absence (ACMCSA) during pandemic among physicians in Sweden. Design A 1 year follow-up panel cohort observational study—the Longitudinal Occupational Health Survey HealthCare At baseline (February–May 2021), a representative sample 6699 was drawn from Swedish occupational register invited participate study. (March–May 2022), full (excluding those who died, retired, stopped working as physician or migrated, n=94) answer survey. Setting primary specialist healthcare. Participants baseline, response rate 41.3% (n=2761) which 1575 also answered at follow-up. Primary secondary outcome measures ACMCSA data came Social Insurance Agency. The Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT-23) used measure burnout, including total score scores four dimensions exhaustion, mental distance, emotional impairment cognitive impairment. Depressive were assessed using Symptom Checklist-core depression (SCL-CD6). Associations between estimated with logistic regression analyses. Results found 9% participating physicians. In sample, 4.7% had 3.7% symptoms. (OR=2.57; 95% CI=1.27 5.23) (OR=1.80; CI=1.03 3.15) (OR=2.52; CI=1.12 5.50) associated higher likelihood ACMCSA. not when adjusted complaints other covariates. Conclusion demonstrates distinction symptoms, particularly predicting future Early intervention targeting exhaustion may mitigate development reduce risk

Abstract Researchers have begun to explore the characteristics and risk factors for autistic burnout, but assessment tools are lacking. Our study comprehensively examined compared psychometric properties of unpublished 27‐item AASPIRE Autistic Burnout Measure (ABM), personal work scales Copenhagen Inventory (CBI) evaluate their efficacy as screening measures with a group 238 adults. Exploratory factor analyses (EFA) revealed 4‐factor structure ABM 2‐factor CBI scale (CBI‐P). Factorial validity dimensionality were four exploratory models which indicated unidimensional an overarching ‘Autistic Burnout’ construct, multidimensional CBI‐P comprising two subscales ‘Personal construct. Other reliability indicators included Spearman correlations, analysis variance, receiver operating characteristics, sensitivity, specificity, intra‐class correlations (ICC). The strongly correlated depression, anxiety, stress, fatigue. Unexpectedly, between burnout camouflaging, wellbeing moderate. Potential overlap depression fatigue was through EFA, supported convergent measure, while ICC mixed results. We concluded that Emotional Exhaustion subscale valid preliminary burnout. Testing larger more diverse samples is required further examine ABM, understand relationships masking.
