ABSTRACT
Although
the
importance
of
integrating
digital
technologies
in
micro,
small,
and
medium
enterprises
(MSMEs)
is
growing
rapidly,
empirical
research
related
to
knowledge
spillovers
(KS),
organizational
resilience,
innovation
orientation,
capabilities
still
remains
scarce.
This
proposes
a
framework
which
we
verify
moderating
effect
on
relationship
between
KS,
orientation.
Another
aim
this
study
KS
resilience
orientation
by
conducting
quantitative
utilizing
data
from
World
Bank's
Enterprise
Survey,
collected
at
three
separate
times.
Drawing
sample
2291
MSMEs
service
sector
across
15
EU
countries,
partial
least
squares
structural
equation
modeling
was
method
used
evaluate
our
proposed
conceptual
model
examine
hypothesized
relationships.
The
findings
reveal
that
KSs
have
positive
leveraging
capabilities.

addition,

Purpose
