Posttraumatic
stress
disorder
(PTSD)
is
a
condition

traumatic
event,

symptoms,

intrusive

alterations

mood

treatment
options
exist
for
patients
who

conventional
psychotherapy
pharmacotherapy
to

inaccessible,
ineffective,

intolerable.
We
explore
psilocybin
as
potential
option
PTSD
by
examining
the
neurobiology
of
well
psilocybin’s
mechanism
action.
Based
on
both
pharmacodynamic
psychoanalytic
principles,
may

underexplored

PTSD,
though
further
research
required.

(PTSD)

an

Abstract
Aim
Psychedelics
have
recently
gained
attention
as
potential
therapeutic
agents
for
various
psychiatric
disorders.
Previous
research
has
highlighted
that
a
diminished
sense
of
self,
commonly
termed
“ego‐dissolution”
is
pivotal
feature

psychedelic‐induced
state.
While
Ego‐Dissolution
Inventory
(EDI)
widely
acknowledged
instrument
measuring
this
phenomenon,
no
Japanese
version
been
available.
This
study
aimed
to
develop
EDI.
Methods
We
adhered
“Guidelines

Practices
in
Translation
and
Cultural
Modification
Process
Patient‐Reported
Outcomes
Instruments:
Document
from
ISPOR
Committee
on
Modification”
during
our
translation
approach.
Two
psychiatrists
independently
conducted
initial
translations,
consolidated

agreement.
