In the absence of regulatory oversight, private sector recruitment often relies on signaling theory to attract top graduates work in public roles. The debate over whether should adopt or adhere regulated frameworks is ongoing. This study adds discourse education and training mismatches service. Utilizing a quantitative approach encompassing descriptive analysis multinomial logistic regression, Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) Administration Training Centre (BPATC) annual report data was investigated. finds significantly higher proportion science administrative positions compared those with administration degrees.
