Informal conversations have been used in qualitative research for over 100 years. Whilst originally identified as a minor part of ethnographic study, scholarly literature the 2020s has aimed to promote greater use informal conversation method research. In agreement with Swain and King (2022), create ease communication often produce more naturalistic data than other forms such interviews. Using experiences from two studies at range multi-purpose arenas UK Europe English association football stadia, this article explores live events. It provides strategies guidance regarding how successfully implement when collecting data; explains can be recorded effectively; outlines beneficial they are producing valid authentic data. The also ethical challenges that faced conducting event spaces terms ethics, validity, reliability.

Purpose In the following theoretical article, author generates a theory of Leadership Pedagogy and its connection to Creative Arts Education. Design/methodology/approach The article analyzes Theory across three pillars: Socio-relational, Cognitive Creative, how these areas underscore thoughtful caring pedagogy inclusive teaching in undergraduate education.
