Introduction
Distress
is
part
of
the
experiences
and
care
for
people
with
chronic
low
back
pain.
However,
distress
often
pathologised
individualised;
it
seen
as
a
problem
within
individual

In
this
paper,
we
draw
on
an
example
of
heuristic
inquiry
–
(Re)imagining
becoming
a
physiotherapist:
phenomenological
approach
to
illustrate
the
role
that
reflexivity
and
representation
can
play
in
physiotherapy
research
outcomes
meaning
they
might
have
for
moving
profession
forward.
Qualitative

acknowledge
