People with disabilities (PWD) face several challenges accessing medical services. However, the extent to which architectural and transportation barriers impede access healthcare is unknown. In Peru, despite laws requiring that buildings be accessible for PWD, no report confirms facilities comply such regulations. Thus, we aim provide an association between these facilities. Data from a Peruvian disability survey were analyzed. Participants 18 years of age older people who reported having physical disability. Accessibility was defined by struggles (health or rehabilitation centers). Absence ramps, handrails, elevators, adapted bathrooms, information counters in as barriers. The analyzed included using buses trains. Poisson regression models robust variance used estimate prevalence ratios (PR) control confounding variables. 20,663 participants included, their mean 66.5 57.5% females. Background: There is a recognised need for rehabilitation services at primary health care (PHC) level. In addition, there are clear policies (international and national) guidelines use by healthcare planners in South Africa to implement services. Access to healthcare for persons with disabilities (PWDs) is an important but often ignored issue achieving universal health coverage. The current study aimed investigate PWDs' access in the rural areas north of Iran.Following a descriptive-analytical design, 471 living Nor city, Mazandaran province, were selected using quota sampling. In Blacks, late presentation, lack of knowledge, health infrastructural deficiencies and socio-demographic characteristics, which result in poor outcomes, are the bane cancers. This study evaluated access lifestyle association with prostate cancer (PCa) knowledge screening among black men.This used data from Prostate Cancer Transatlantic Consortium familial cohort study. Data were gathered a cross-sectional survey 500 community-dwelling men Nigeria, Cameroon, USA. Information on socio-demographics, care access, PCa score behaviour was obtained, between these variables evaluated.The majority (81.6%) Nigerian. The age ranges 35-49 (55.2%) ≥65 (8.4%). income distribution respondents showed that 23.3% earned <$1,000 30.7% (>$2,000) monthly. Only 43% had insurance coverage, 12% accessed doctor 12 months. Respondents relied orthodox medicine (50.8%), neighbourhood pharmacy (10.6%), self-medication (5%) nurse (24.6%). participants either (45.2%) or very (23.2%) dietary patterns. Most (66.67%) do not engage physical activity about 33.33% some exercises. Moreover, 87.8% 78.3% have never digital rectal examination (DRE) prostate-specific antigen (PSA) their lifetime, respectively, while 6.8% 1.6% DRE last 1 year 2 years, respectively.
