This
study
selects
the
data
of
30
provinces
in
China
(excluding
Hong
Kong,
Macao,
Taiwan,
and
Xizang)
from
2011
to
2021
as
a
sample,
explains
mechanism
role
environmental
regulation
on
high-quality
development
economy
direct
indirect
aspects
by
constructing
an
index
economy,
at
same
time,
analyzes
green
technological
innovation
with
GTFP
measured
super-efficiency
SBM-GML
method
proxy
variable
for
technology
analyze
moderating
effect
process
economic
development.The
main
conclusions
are
follows:
Environmental
can
significantly
promote
development,
its
promotion
is
still
very
obvious
after
combining
it
innovation.There
positive
spatial
spillover
regulations
promoting
contribution
this
paper
enrich
research
field
which
not
only
provides
theoretical
empirical
basis
China's
future
but
also
support
developing
countries.
