A significant amount of literature has been published on Executive Functions (EFs). In recent years, researchers have shown increased interest in game-based EFs training. Designing custom digital games that target the subskills to reveal game design principles may help cultivate EFs. This design-based research study aims investigate features linked EFs, connection between structure and gameplay traits, EF-related behaviors preschool-aged children. Introduction. Play is the leading activity of preschool age, and play with an imaginary situation (pretend play) considered as most significant type for children’s mental development, which allows this to be used in educational process a means teaching developing children. <p><strong>Introduction.</strong> The article presents the results of project &laquo;The Influence Digital Activity on Development Cognitive Functions in Preschool Age&raquo;. <strong>Sample and methods.</strong> study was conducted from February to May 2024 with participation 88 children preparatory groups kinder gardens Moscow. following methods were used: &laquo;Dimensional Change Card Sort&raquo; method (P.D. Zelazo), &laquo;Memorizing 10 Words&raquo; (A.R. Luria), &laquo;Raven's Coloured Progressive Matrices&raquo;. <strong>Results.</strong> It proven that digital versions games &laquo;Dobble&raquo; &laquo;Tangram&raquo; have a greater positive impact development auditory short-term long-term memory than traditional board versions. Girls demonstrated better reproduction scores test compared boys.
