The employment of individuals with disabilities is significantly low. Many factors are associated this issue; however, support and accommodations that can be provided to such improve their rate outcomes. This study aimed examine the employees in Saudi Arabia. descriptive approach was utilized, a survey used collect data. sample consisted 86 employer participants disabilities. Findings revealed high, reported facilitates finding maintaining job. In addition, variables were all found have no significant differences. Providing needed necessary an effective strategy leads competitive for disabilities, especially long term. Implications recommendations also discussed.
