Nowadays, mental health disorders have become a significant concern for everyone. There are diverse reasons emanating from the workplace, business, and everyday environment. Therefore, there is current need to use technology detect review their symptoms causes. Accordingly, in this study, researcher attempted recognize ChatGPT’s role decision-making recognition of among Egyptian entrepreneurs. Purpose This study, rooted in affordance-actualization theory and communication theory, aims to critically examine how ChatGPT influences users’ transition from new adopters loyal advocates within the context of travel decision-making. It incorporates constructs including quality, personalization, anthropomorphism, cognitive emotional trust (ET), loyalty intention adopt into a comprehensive model. Design/methodology/approach study used quantitative methods analyze data 477 respondents, collected online through self-administered questionnaire by Embrain, leading market research company South Korea. Lavaan package R studio was for evaluating measurement model confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation modeling proposed hypotheses. Purpose This study aims to explore the interplay of cognitive, affective, and normative constituents for their potential acceptance or rejection artificial intelligence (AI) ChatGPTs in hospitality tourism context.
