SUMMARY
The
emergence
of
the
COVID-19
pandemic
has
had
a
substantial
negative
psychosocial
impact
due
to
both
outbreak
and
global
response
it.
As
we
know
from
previous
health
crises,
front-line
workers
are
among
risk
groups
for
developing
serious
mental
problems.
result
continuous
exposure
highly
stressful
circumstances,
directly
in
their
jobs
indirectly
through
media
consumption
related
societal
pressures,
healthcare
professionals
at
increased
distress,
compassion
fatigue,
burnout
emotional
disorders.
Recent
studies
have
been
revealing
specific
stressors
faced
by
during
outbreak,
such
as
limited
resources,
work
overload,
fear
infecting
significant
others
isolation/loneliness.
However,
research
shown
heterogeneity
adaptation
adversities,
with
many
individuals
being
able
bounce
back.
Based
on
this
growing
evidence,
article
provides
clinical
working
framework
empower
professionals,
critically
discussing
resilience-promoting
strategies
along
intra-
interpersonal
dimensions
control,
coherence
connectedness.

Abstract
The
COVID‐19
pandemic
and
its
lockdowns
have
uniquely
challenged
our
social
lives.
current
study
seeks
to
explore
changes
in
cohesion
on
various
psychological
dimensions
(trust,
belonging,
interaction,
engagement)
system
levels
(family,
friends,
neighbours,
institutions,
nations),
assessed
3522
Berlin
residents
before,
during,
after
the
first
lockdown,
four
times
during
second
lockdown.

consistently
negative
impact
of
cohesion.

systems:
