Amino accelerators and antioxidants (AAL/Os), as well their degradation derivatives, are industrial additives of emerging concern due to massive production use (particularly in rubber tires), pervasiveness the environment, documented adverse effects. This study delineated inter-regional variations road dust collected from urban/suburb, agricultural, forest areas, screened for less-studied AAL/O analogues with high-resolution mass spectrometry. 1,3-Diphenylguanidine (DPG; median concentration: 121 ng/g) N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine quinone (6PPD-Q; 9.75 most abundant congeners, constituting 69.7% 41.4% total concentrations AAL/Os (192 those AAO transformation products (22.3 ng/g), respectively. The spatial distribution across studied sites suggests evident human impacts, reflected by pronounced urban signature vehicle-originated pollution. Our nontargeted analysis most-contaminated identified 16 AAL/O-related chemicals, many which have received little investigation. Particularly, environmental toxicological information remains extremely scarce five out 10 concerning compounds prioritized terms dusty residues toxicity including 1,2-diphenyl-3-cyclohexylguanidine (DPCG), N,N′′-bis[2-(propan-2-yl)phenyl]guanidine (BPPG), N-(4-anilinophenyl)formamide (PPD-CHO). Additionally, dicyclohexylamine (DChA), broadly applied an antioxidant automobile products, had even greater level than DPG. Therefore, future research on health risks (eco)toxic potential is high importance.

Microestuaries have a crucial role in supporting biodiversity and human life quality heavily populated areas. They are also the last barrier controlling fluxes of pollutants from land to sea. Here, we report occurrence distribution per- polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) during dry season three microestuaries. The total PFAS concentration (n = 12) at studied estuaries was very high global perspective with maximum median concentrations 17.4 3.4 μg L–1, respectively. These significantly exceed recommended benchmarks for recreational activity. Our analysis reveals that major fraction originated wastewater effluents, whereas point source pollution dominated when estuary met an industrial zone containing refinery facilities. In case limited dilution by natural riverine water, suggest using carbamazepine as steady indicator identification originating wastewater. Although microestuaries exhibit similar characteristics (morphology, precipitation, watershed size, water volume, etc.), changes input connectivity sea, along local anthropogenic activity, dramatically alter occurrence, concentrations, PFAS. This study suggests subjected ecological risk due intensive

Microplastics (MPs), defined as plastic debris, smaller than <5 mm, are viewed persistent contaminants that significantly modify terrestrial ecosystems and biodiversity by altering soil microbiota, structure, functions. This paper summarizes MPs' interactions with various pollutants, including heavy metals pesticides, also addressing socio-economic impacts, such reduced agricultural yields threats to regional fisheries. The study emphasizes the need for an on basis of waste management model mitigate these effects, advocating collaborative efforts among stakeholders. Also, interdisciplinary studies incorporating material sciences, ecology, environmental policy essential confront challenges MPs ecological services. Additionally, review highlights how can serve vectors toxins damage health species survival. overview underscores a complex interplay between systems, urgency harnessing pollution protecting ecosystem integrity sustainability.
