This systematic review and meta-synthesis assesses the effectiveness of Conditional Cash Transfers (CCTs) Unconditional (UCTs) in Sub-Saharan Africa. Analyzing 27 studies (2014–2024) using PRISMA guidelines, research examines impacts on financial stability, education, health. CCTs generally outperform UCTs achieving specific education health targets by incentivizing behaviors, while offer greater flexibility, improving mental economic resilience fragile settings. The findings stress context-dependent nature cash transfer programs need for tailored, integrated approaches. Policy recommendations emphasize designing based local conditions desired outcomes.
