Microplants are vegetables, grains and aromatic herbs that consumed in the stage of young plants, without roots, developed after germination stage, cotyledons which have a high content nutrients (antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, lutein, β-carotene, proteins fibers, etc.), makes them functional, concentrated foods capable feeding world’s ever-growing population. The significant amounts antioxidants microgreens role neutralizing free radicals reducing their harmful impact on human health. studied were spinach (Spinacia oleracea) cultivar ‘Lorelay’, mustard (Sinapis alba) ‘White’ radish (Raphanus sativus) ‘Red Rambo’, tested hemp coconut substrates under influence organic biostimulator Biohumussol, based humic acids. antioxidant plants was determined by analyzing total carotenoids, lycopene, chlorophyll, polyphenols flavonoids, as well activity ABTS DPPH methods. obtained results indicated reaction plant material depends composition substrate presence applied biostimulator. highest contents substances with an from substrate, especially radishes, proved to be compatible microgreens.
