This paper aims at identifying the competences mobilized by team members in a Hackathon light of adaptability theory, through qualitative research with participants an event organized Public Ministry state Northeast Brazil to propose solutions combat corruption. The data collection procedures involved non-participant observation and fourteen semi-structured interviews five twenty teams that participated event. Five adaptive were identified: theoretical-practical knowledge; self-learning; problem solving; socio-emotional adaptability; situational leadership. findings contribute elaboration management people development programs open innovation environments.

The limitations of the learning media on fashion photo editing materials become main obstacle to achieving basic digital competence in Fashion Photography course. Therefore, it is necessary develop relevant modules. This study aims an SKKNI-based basics module for students that can be used activities photography. a research and development conducted using ADDIE model. subjects this were 30 Design Study Program. data obtained from product evaluation by material experts as well field trials involving subjects. These analyzed descriptive quantitative techniques. result based processing competency sub-unit Indonesian National Work Competency Standards Photography. From aspect, developed was considered valid (0.85) reliable (0.742). aspect also regarded (0.82) (0.714). Thus, concluded expert quality feasible use. Based percentage minimum passing grade, categorized effective (80%) editing.
