Green technology innovation (GTI) is the core force driving sustainable and advanced progression of economy. Accurately assessing green efficiency (GTIE) Chinese industrial firms will help promote transformation development firms. Based on three-stage DEA(3S-DEA) model, article measures GTIE from 2013 to 2022. Then, its spatial distribution characteristics spillover effects were analyzed using Durbin model (SDM). The study shows that after excluding environmental elements stochastic interference, value trend east > central northeast west; has significant correlation, there are differences in direct under different weight matrices. level economic development, industrialization, openness, information infrastructure a remarkable positive influence firms, while government support does not show effect.
