Abstract
Research
on
policy
implementation
traditionally
has
focused
understanding
the
success

failure
of
individual
policies
within
specific
contexts.
Little
attention

given
to
challenges
that
emerge
from
cumulative
growth
portfolios
over
time.

is
addressing
this
research
gap
by
examining
phenomenon

occurs
when
organizations
face
overload
and

Objective:
The
objective
of
this
study
is

analyze
public
policies
in
the
Amazon
region,

"Peace
Plants"
(UsiPaz)
program,

its
impact
