Numerous thiazole compounds have been developed as cutting-edge inhibitors because of a rising fascination with using corrosion (CIs) and preventative measures to prevent mild steel (MS) from deteriorating. In this study, the ability novel derivative, 2-hydrazono-3-methyl-2,3-dihydrobenzo[d]thiazole hydrochloride (HMDBT), MS in HCl has reconnoitered various approaches, Viz. gravimetric analysis, electrochemical (EC) different surface characterizations. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S), an endogenous signaling molecule, is known to play a pivotal role in neuroprotection, vasodilation, and hormonal regulation. To further explore the biological effects of H2S, refined donors that facilitate its delivery, especially under specific (patho) physiological conditions, are needed. In present study, we demonstrate ortho-substituted, aryl boronate esters provide two unique distinct pathways for H2S release from thioamide-based donors: Lewis acid-facilitated hydrolysis reactive oxygen species (ROS)-induced oxidation/cyclization.
