Based
on
the
cognitive
appraisal
theory
of
emotions,
we
investigated
impact
AI
usage
individuals'
positive
and
negative
emotions
as
well
their
proactive
behaviour.
Through
a
survey
study
conducted
in
China
among
203
employees
who
have
work
experiences
with
one-month
interval,
revealed
influence
pathway
between
behaviour,
which
is
mediated
by
two
types
self-conscious
emotions:
pride
shame,
satisfaction
competence
need
can
moderate
relationship
pride.
The
theoretical
implications
this
were
discussed.
