Bu bağlamda, çalışmada, yapay temelli araştırmaların mevcut potansiyel eğilimlerini tespit etmek, çalışmaları arasındaki kesişim noktalarını araştırılmayı bekleyen alanları keşfetmek hedeflenmiştir. araştırmalarını konu eden yayın atıf trendleri, anahtar kavramlar etkileşimler üzerinden bibliyometrik bir analiz yapılmıştır. RStudio tabanlı Biblioshiny programı kullanılarak yapılan analiz, Web of Science tabanından alınan 1085 makale gerçekleştirilmiştir. örgütsel alanda kullanımıyla ilgili yayınların atıfların arttığı, bu teknolojilerin süreçlerine entegrasyonunun stratejik yenilikleri destekleyebileceği görüşü yayınlarda öne çıkmaktadır. Ayrıca, uygulamalarının etik şeffaf şekilde yönetilmesi gerekliliği vurgulanmaktadır.
