This research focuses on the significant role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in shaping employees’ behavior towards reduction food waste hospitality industry that has been under scrutiny for its environmental impact. The study aimed at understanding how CSR, coupled with moral attitudes, admiration their organization, and climate change awareness influences sustainable practices by realizing complex interplay between company initiatives personal psychology. participants were staff members who worked several hotels China where there active CSR programs. Using established scales, we collected 422 valid responses over three waves to strengthen our data collection process. Empirically, it was found directly influenced food-waste-reduction behavior. Additionally, discovered this relationship mediated attitudes employee as well moderated change. findings have substantial theoretical implications regarding interaction emotional cognitive factors within framework influence among employees. paves way creating well-rounded strategies appeal encourage sustainability hotel business. This research discusses the significance of environmental transformational leadership (ENTL) in creation energy-saving sustainable behaviors (EESB) among employees tourism and hospitality sector China. The method is consequently a quantitative analysis, where mediating effect green intrinsic motivation (GNIM) passion (GRP), moderating role altruism (GNA) are examined to understand their influence on relationship between ENTL EESB. data were gathered from multiple hotels major Chinese cities, with use structured questionnaire. study shows that has significant EESB, GNIM GRP serving as factors. Concerning the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on teacher wellbeing within higher education sector in China, this study is a synthesis United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (UN-SDGs) for broader understanding concept. By using structural equation modeling, investigates how CSR initiatives teachers by mediating roles educational institute culture and admiration, with affective commitment as moderator. The findings show that endeavors provide direct payoff teachers’ mental health indirect through positive institution admiration. role moderator confirmed CSR–teacher admiration–wellbeing pathway. This research, therefore, shows institutions have great potential to strategically align UN-SDGs, not only benefit but also other sustainable development goals. therefore emphasizes doubled institutes make lives their staff better contribute global agenda well-executed initiatives.
