La brecha digital se reconoce como una forma de exclusión social que afecta en mayor medida a los pueblos originarios. En Oaxaca, por su alta composición población indígena observa un continuum histórico desigualdades expresan la pobreza, marginación, baja escolaridad y el bajo poder adquisitivo, actúan barreras para acceso uso las TIC enmarcan brechas digitales. este estudio analizan factores sociodemográficos, económicos, culturales geográficos inciden parte del estado, así políticas inclusión emprendidas cierre digital. Los hallazgos revelan educación, adquisitivo son condicionantes fomentar tecnológico. Se vislumbra necesidad diseñar aplicar digitales con participación tres niveles gobierno (federal, estatal municipal) agentes sociales locales, marco reconocimiento diversidad cultural lingüística, más allá carácter instrumentalista, promuevan inversión pública-privada telecomunicaciones, además seguir avanzando mejorar bienestar indígena.

In the digital era, technology enables political, economic and social fields. However, while divide is pervasive due to influence of population, geography, economy other factors, blindly pushing change often leads further expansion risks inequality. This paper constructed a three-dimensional analytical framework gap-bridging policies from perspective policy objectives, tools effectiveness. Based on this framework, used content analysis method conduct quantitative 81 published in China selected PMC index model for evaluation. The result shows that goal bridging mainly focuses material access gap gap, inadequate attention was paid attitude use gap; terms tools, there exists an unbalanced situation regarding supply environment demand with first one being emphasized more than others; still “fatigue” weak feedback less incentive, though internal consistency level good structure reasonable. Does the Establishment of Pilot Free Trade Zones Reduce Digital Inequality?Empirical Study on Panel Data from Prefectural-Level Cities in China DOI

Based on data 271 cities in China at the prefectural level and above, we use a multiple-period difference-in-differences model to explore characteristics of mechanisms establishment pilot free trade zones (PFTZs) digital inequality. We find that, first, PFTZs has significantly positive impact This finding remains valid after series robustness tests mainly inland cities, that are not below provincial level, outside Yangtze River Economic Belt. Accessing the Impact of TikTok’s Algorithm on Regional Inequality in Health Information DOI

This study aims to audit the potential algorithmic bias in TikTok's health-related video recommendation toward geographically diverse groups China. We employed 120 cloud phones and conducted two agent-based testing experiments simulating users' geographical locations online behaviors. The results indicated significant regional inequality sources recommended by TikTok algorithm, t(118) = 3.02, p .003, with users from developed cities encountering a higher proportion of professional videos than those underdeveloped cities. However, when both regions expressed similar preference for same type information, an equal was recommended.
