La brecha digital se reconoce como una forma de exclusión social que afecta en mayor medida a los pueblos originarios. En Oaxaca, por su alta composición población indígena observa un continuum histórico desigualdades expresan la pobreza, marginación, baja escolaridad y el bajo poder adquisitivo, actúan barreras para acceso uso las TIC enmarcan brechas digitales. este estudio analizan factores sociodemográficos, económicos, culturales geográficos inciden parte del estado, así políticas inclusión emprendidas cierre digital. Los hallazgos revelan educación, adquisitivo son condicionantes fomentar tecnológico. Se vislumbra necesidad diseñar aplicar digitales con participación tres niveles gobierno (federal, estatal municipal) agentes sociales locales, marco reconocimiento diversidad cultural lingüística, más allá carácter instrumentalista, promuevan inversión pública-privada telecomunicaciones, además seguir avanzando mejorar bienestar indígena.

This article aims to examine how adopting the M-Learning technique affects students' intrinsic motivation and ability learn new material. All in all, 283 higher education students of University Education. Twice they were evaluated see fared. Ten multiple-choice questions utilized for evaluation, all which administered using Socrative mobile apps. An evaluation form was get feedback on experiment. According responses from respondents Education, creates a more positive classroom atmosphere (71 percent), boosts attendance rates (80 aids retention material studied (72 percent). groups' aggregate performance improved as used app often (initial-final evaluation: 5.8 vs. 7.2 points). The article investigates the education experiences of primary school students with no or limited information and communication technology during pandemic in Trinidad Tobago. Data were collected from sixteen a parent guardian via face-to-face interviews analysed using constant comparison analysis. To ensure equal quality Tobago, revisions to public assistance grant, laptop distribution programme, sustainable psychosocial outreach strategies reduce variation teaching among schools are recommended.

Disparities in adopting and using technologies, commonly known as the digital divide or inequality, have drawn widespread attention research practice phenomenon is associated with significant disadvantages contemporary society. Motivated by this fact, study aims to identify extent of societal consequences inequality developed country settings entities that are being affected. A scoping review was conducted following PRISMA-ScR guidelines analyze findings studies examining effects between 2013 2022 within two online databases. total 71 were synthesized where evidence on found be concentrated personal, social, economic domains. Most examine (primarily benefits) technology availability use, particularly for digitally disadvantaged groups, such elderly other socially vulnerable groups. The few explore distributional access utilization focus rural-urban gender gaps gap linked adverse outcomes. Collectively, these results suggest excluded individuals not only deprived material benefits technology, leading deepening social stratification. status exclusion itself triggers negative emotions due comparison.
