The
political
polarization
of
Sindh,
where
the
Sindhi
ethnicity
dominates
rural
areas
while
urban
are
dominated
by
"Muhajir",

Abstract
The
concept
of
migration
governance
has
captured
scholarly
attention
in
recent
decades.
In
this
paper,
we
present
the
results
a
bibliometric
analysis
and
scoping
review
explore
how
it
is
defined
by
authors
across
social
sciences.
Based
on
our
sample
literature,
find
that
majority
definitions
assume
state‐sovereignty
perspective
governance,
leading
to
discussions
can
fail
account
for
role
migrant
rights
autonomy.
