The political polarization of Sindh, where the Sindhi ethnicity dominates rural areas while urban are dominated by "Muhajir", leads to monopoly Pakistan Peoples' Party in and Muttahida Quami Movement areas. Both parties have adopted similar strategies achieve their goals after establishing dominance respective current study analysed nine hypotheses, supporting five rejecting others. Adopting a quantitative approach, finds that partisanship increases voting behaviour virtue reducing deferral at day polling. In addition, young voters largely remain unattached traditional leaders or parties, mainly because this group has not personally experienced tragedies historically shaped among old generation. Due detachment, they successfully maintain neutral stance, which makes them free support any leader party meets expectations.

The EU has drawn on its migration policy in the Middle East and North Africa as a method of region-building set to reconfigure broader Mediterranean Neighborhood. At same time, initiative had contentious, albeit understudied, effects. We know little about either variation states' responses or contextual dynamics motives pushing them challenge vector for regulating regions 'from beyond'. The stated aim of the Global Compact for Migration (GCM) is to facilitate 'safe, orderly and regular migration'. Yet, plain meaning alone fails reveal who shaping this formative narrative. International Organisation (IOM) has played a crucial role in preparatory phase GCM coordinating its implementation. In article, we shed light on two out IOM's global roles – first one United Nations Network other organising Review Forum (IMRF) GCM.
