AbstractThis article explores the framing of youth and adult education (YAE) policies in two Latin American countries, namely Chile Peru. It takes their participation PIAAC as a contextual starting point to unravel problems explicitly or implicitly framed YAE root causes, understood by key policy stakeholders. We found that documents specifically addressing are not only scarce, but also existing ones tend be either too broad narrow relation how is understood. In a report commissioned by the Society for Music Analysis to address gap in music literacy, McQueen (2020) identified instrumental teachers as an important part of education both within schools and community. This article takes starting point McQueen's proposal that 'it is through tuition literacy its many forms likely develop' (65) tease some implications it might have contemporary perspectives on education. doing so assesses relationship between analysis complex one involving professional partnerships which can lead 'a clash allegiances' (83) evident versions curriculum knowledge values underpinning them. Da pandemien rasede i efteråret 2020, tog Tine Fristrup kontakt til Pia Cort og Jens Erik Kristensen for at fortælle om sin idé med udgive en publikation på dansk Carol Bacchis poststrukturalistiske policy-analyse “What’s the Problem Represented to be? ”, der daglig tale benævnes WPR-tilgangen. Ideen gik på, var brug forskningsbaseret undervisningsmateriale, kunne introducere videreudvikle WPR-tilgangen tænkning uddannelsesmæssig sammenhæng, fordi flere anvender perspektivet som analyseramme opgaver specialer – ikke kun Aarhus Universitet men også de andre universiteter Danmark. Det har siden vist sig, stor udbredelse nordiske lande netværksforankring Karlstad Sverige. Forespørgslen vakte begejstring ret hurtigt blev redaktionsgruppen udvidet omfatte Anne Larson, Rie Thomsen Randi Boelskifte Skovhus. Senere inviteret bidrage artikler. Seidler opfordrede Johanna Mufic fra Linköping Sverige refleksioner over brugen af ph.d.-afhandling voksenuddannelse hvordan kvalitet konstrueres voksenuddannelse. Også Miriam Madsen DPU, allerede havde udgivet kritisk artikel WPR-tilgangen, gav efter aftale tidsskriftet tilsagn om, artiklen genoptrykkes denne her forskningsbaserede antologi. De fleste antologiens bidragsydere kommer DPU: Danmarks institut Pædagogik Uddannelse ved Universitet. På DPU vundet stort set alle kandidatuddannelserne. For undervisere er udbredelsen nærmest blevet stor, da anvendes studerende slags “automatvalg”, når skal udarbejde policy-analyse. studerendes måde bruge minder tider det, man kalde “en automatopgave”, struktureret omkring tre eller fire spørgsmål WPR-tilgangens seks det syvende refleksionstrin. Spørgsmålet, stillede sig forhold publikationen her, således orienteret mod, vi kvalificere arbejde mindst tilgangen giver mulighed skarpe analyser policy dermed indsigt i, policy-problemer selvfølgeliggøres vis grad bliver kritik-afvisende. Abstract Intergenerational financial assistance with home ownership has attracted increasing scholarly interest in recent years. This article analyzes how newly qualified teachers (NQTs) are conceptualized in Norwegian policy, specifically the green paper 'NOU 2022: 13: With Further Significance'. Utilizing Carol Bacchi's 'What's Problem Represented to Be?' approach, we dissect policy proposals and solutions uncover examine a tension-filled conceptualization of NQTs as both 'valuable contributors' 'being need'. Our findings reveal discourse that predominantly frames 'problem' while marginalizing potential deleterious conditions shape their professional realities. We argue this framing not only oversimplifies complex issue but also risks perpetuating very challenges it aims solve. Considering these findings, highlight benefits shifting from remediating deficits one equality acknowledges NQTs' capabilities contributions. reconsideration could have broader implications for enhancing attractiveness reputation teaching profession. While our analysis centers on issues consequential discussion beyond borders Norway.
