The business environment is ever-changing, and even companies with dominant market share needs to keep up these changes. Not all change initiatives prove be successful. Numerous obstacles have been highlighted in literature such as a lack of communication poor support from management. This study, therefore, set out identify the different factors that affect successful implementation management City Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality. study followed quantitative method, primary data was collected by means an online questionnaire through SurveyMonkey. analysed via SPSS software presented graphs tables for easy interpretation. results knowledge gained this will add existing body discipline. It might also assist municipalities effectively quantify their ability manage constructive at workplace. Purpose This paper explores how individual and collective burnout has become an organizational concern for school leaders, why matters what might be done to address the problems generates. Design/methodology/approach presents analysis of current literature regarding burnout, identifies contributing factors impacts each. Assessment of Service Quality Perception Gap between Service Seekers and Service Providers of Land Services in Rwanda DOI Open Access

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the determinants of customer satisfaction from perspective service seekers and providers using SERVQUAL. Methodology: employed both quantitative qualitative research approaches. The survey method was used collect primary data. Probability sampling select providers. 422 were randomly selected a list 53,158 people. 45 also 416 land officers. A data collection tool developed for customized validity tested results showed P-value 0.00. Cronbach’s Alpha calculation test reliability resulted in an output 0.932 > 0.7 which shows excellent reliability. Key informant interviews conducted with purposively respondents their opinions on quality complement Findings: From seekers, findings that five dimensions are positive significant predictors satisfaction. show only empathy is predictor whereas, other four but less revealed discrepancy between predict customers services more than others. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine whether there is a relationship between digitization and service quality land services establish if significant. Methodology: used quantitative research approach collect data. A probability sampling technique employed choose sample 2,229 respondents from population 47,260 customers. bivariate correlation analysis conducted for all questions Pearson coefficient statistically significant with value less than 0.05.
