ABSTRACT Morocco's shift toward sustainable development still lacks a coherent strategic framework and explicit direction. Therefore, this study aims to develop an integrated for the implementation of effective green growth strategies development. Thirty‐two indicators were identified categorized into five groups: environmental, social, governance, financial variability, technological innovation. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) was used assess rank main their subindicators. Furthermore, within study, we developed nine solutions VlseKriterijuska Optimizacija I Komoromisno Resenje (FVIKOR) approach employed evaluate proposed solutions. FAHP results revealed that innovation factors are most pivotal among primary categories. Among subfactors, transparency disclosure received top ranking, followed by social community engagement market volatility. FVIKOR indicated promoting in Morocco include improving methods, issuing bonds, increasing shareholder engagement. This research provides essential insights developing foster Morocco, thereby aiding progress performance. It also offers practical guidance policymakers identifying priority areas transparency, expanding finance, enhancing stakeholder accelerate efforts.
