The objective of this research was to assess the impact 2-methyl-2-nitro-3-guanidine on mammalian species, otherwise not intended targets, followed by one-time exposure and its adverse effects.Thirty-five Sprague Dawley rats either male or female sex, aged four weeks, with an average weight 80±20g, were divided into three groups randomly: control E exposed supplemented vitamin C, assigned titles C,E, V, respectively.Each group comprised fifteen rats.Both V further subgroups: E1, E2, E3, LD10, LD25, LD50 doses Dinotefuran respectively, V1, V2, V3, in same manner but a fixed dose ascorbic acid (vitamin C).Ascorbic administered aqueous form 35mg/100mL water provided ad libitum.Eight hours after Dinotefuran, 5ml blood collected under sedation through cardiac vein.After 48 hours, two randomly selected from each subgroup, including group, anesthetized, euthanized, dissected.Different body tissues, kidney, liver, bones, heart, isolated preserved formalin solution for subsequent analysis.CBC, renal, biomarkers evaluated.In addition, histopathology bone characteristics soft tissues also conducted.Mortality morbidity recorded.The result showed significant disruptions CBC other related heart dose-dependent pattern.Although supplementation improved overall outcome, improvement statistically significant.Histopathological examination displayed changes (E) no observable improvements supplementation.Moreover, bone-related parameters exhibited similar trends.
