This
research
is
focused
on
the
adsorption
modification
of
detonation
nanodiamond
surfaces
with
antibiotics
for
their
further
use
as
smart
materials
cardiovascular
surgery
purposes,
namely
bioprostheses
modifiers.
Tritium-labeled
amikacin
and
levofloxacin
were
used
tracers
process
control.
We
found
that
nanodiamonds
form
complexes
via
physical
adsorption,
while
in
case
amikacin,
electrostatic
attraction
contributes
to
formation
more
stable
complexes,
even
presence
electrolytes
desorbing
agents
(models
biological
fluids).
Antimicrobial
characterization
nanodiamond–levofloxacin
nanodiamond–amikacin
indicates
a
reduction
dose
an
antimicrobial
agent.
Therefore,
biomaterial
