We present statistical analysis plan assessing effectiveness cost-effectiveness intervention in improving life 1 year post randomisation. multi-centre, pragmatic, two-arm, partially clustered randomised controlled superiority comparing ACT + added usual care aftercare. target sample size 344 (172 per arm), centrally 1:1 ratio. primary outcome total score Functional Assessment Cancer scale-General (FACT-G) at 52 weeks, analysed using nested mixed-effects model heteroskedastic error terms. Secondary outcomes include scores 16 weeks: FACT-G subscales; Fear Recurrence Inventory (FCR4); positive negative Impact scales (IOCv2); Hospital Anxiety Depression scale (HADS); Chalder Fatigue Scale (CFQ); physical activity, measured modified version Godin scale. Abstract Objective To develop an appropriate intervention utilizing acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) tailored specifically for cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy, to investigate its impact on hope, psychological resilience, flexibility, distress among receiving proton heavy ion therapy. Methods 80 participants were allocated into either group (n=40) or a control based their admission time. Both the groups underwent 3-week health education program, with additionally participating in 3-week, 6-session intervention. Discrepancies hope levels, between two assessed at baseline, post-intervention, 3-month follow-up using linear mixed-effects analysis (LMM). Results LMM analyses revealed that end of intervention, scores Hope Psychological Resilience higher compared (P=0.025, P=0.003 respectively), while Flexibility lower (P=0.001). Furthermore, follow-up, HHI remained (P=0.025), Distress (P=0.001, P=0.001 respectively). These differences persisted even after adjusting baseline values. Conclusion A program ACT model treatment helps promote recovery radiotherapy. Evidence is provided effectiveness positive clinical interventions. Trial registration: ChiCTR2300068349
