Structured medication reviews (SMRs) were introduced into the National Health Service (NHS) Primary Care to support delivery of NHS Long-Term Plan for medicines optimization. SMRs improve quality care, reduce harm and offer value money. However, evidence patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage G4-5D elevated risk cardiovascular premature mortality is unknown. This scoping review aimed assess extent nature SMR research in population CKD G4-5D. Electronic databases searched on 20 October 2023.
