Purpose
As
more
hotels
adopt
artificial
intelligence
(AI),
it
becomes
inevitable
for
employees
to
rely
on
abilities
enhanced
by
the
use
of
AI
complete
tasks.
However,
our
understanding
how
adapt
this
shift
in
work
design
remains
limited.
Therefore,
purpose
study
is
explore
hotel
employees’
approach
and
avoidance
behavioral
reactions

Design/methodology/approach
A
three-wave
field
was
conducted,

from

Purpose
Digital
well-being
(DWB)
has
become
a
preoccupation
of
society,
businesses
and
consumers
because
the
proliferation
technology
pandemic.
This
study
aims
to
understand
four
main
problems
DWB
in
hospitality
(DWBH):
epistemology,
scope,
aggregation
specification
by
adopting
integrative
literature
review.
Design/methodology/approach
The
systematic
analysis
process
develops
dynamic
DWBH
framework,
which
connects
individuals
based
on
doughnut
model.
A
critical
method
is
used
conceptualize
digital
behavior
change
interventions
(DBCIs)
combining
psychology
sociology.
Findings
