ABSTRACT
Aim
This
study
was
conducted
to
examine
the
relationship
between
psychological
resilience,
ruminative
thoughts
and
spiritual
well‐being
of
individuals
diagnosed
with
cancer.
Background
Cancer,
which
can
cause
fear,
anger
future
anxiety
in
from
moment
diagnosis,
is
a
disease
that
associate
death,
pain,
suffering.
Design
A
descriptive
correlational
research
design
employed.
Methods
The
sample
consisted
382
patients
receiving
outpatient
treatment
at
an
oncology
center
affiliated
university
hospital
Turkey.
Data
were
collected
using
Introductory
Information
Form,
Ruminative
Reactions
Scale,
Psychological
Resilience
FACIT‐Sp
Spiritual
Well‐Being
Scale.
We
evaluated
data
via
statistics,
Pearson
correlation,
multiple
regression
analyses.
