The rapid development of digital technologies and the diversification user needs have made museums significant platforms for cultural dissemination education, attracting unprecedented attention. This study aims to investigate how interaction quality influences users’ psychological responses their continuance intention use museums. By integrating Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model telepresence theory, this proposes a novel examine intention.
