This study contributes to the international debate on hashtag's nature and characteristics attempts define it as a relational social form affected by morphogenetic-morphostatic processes. To develop this interpretative proposal, uses dimensions of time agency, drawing Twitter hashtag studies. Subsequently, article recalls elements cultural morphogenesis, traces points contact between studies constructs an proposal form, arrives at formalization model for analyzing changing meaning hashtags.
