The emergence of resistant pathogens has increased the demand for alternative fungicides. use natural products as chemical scaffolds is a potential method developing HWY-289, semisynthetic protoberberine derivative, demonstrated broad-spectrum and potent activities against phytopathogenic fungi, particularly Botrytis cinerea (with EC50 values 1.34 μg/mL). Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is one of the most important crops for oil and protein production. The unique characteristic peanut geocarpy, which means that it blooms aerially gynophores (pegs) penetrate into soil, driving fruit underground. In order to fully understand this phenomenon, we investigated dynamic proteomic phosphoproteomic profiling pegs underground in study. A total 6859 proteins 4142 phosphoproteins with 10,070 phosphosites were identified. data validated quantified using samples randomly selected from arial (APs) (UPs) by parallel reaction monitoring (PRM). Many economically important crops and vegetables belonging to the cruciferous family are heavily endangered by clubroot disease caused Plasmodiophora brassicae infection. Breeding of resistant cultivars based on mapping cloning genes is commonly regarded as most cost-effective efficient way fight against this disease. The traditional R gene functional validation requires stable transformation that both time- labor-consuming.
