Pulmonary Nuclear protein in Testis (NUT) carcinoma: clinical, molecular characteristics, and treatment strategies

Pulmonary nuclear protein in testis (NUT) carcinoma is a rare and aggressive malignancy that often exhibits clinical pathological features overlapping with other thoracic malignancies, posing significant challenges for accurate diagnosis leading to poor treatment outcomes. We conducted retrospective analysis of five patients diagnosed pulmonary NUT between 2020 2023. Comprehensive clinical, imaging, histopathological, molecular data survival outcomes were collected.
