Abstract
Using
a
broad
range
of
materials
(media
and
interviews),
we
analyse
the
development
three
green
megaprojects
in
two
northernmost
regions
Sweden.
We
find
support
for
presence

fantasy

“green
heroes”,

that

are
ultimate
