This article discusses the technological aspects of developing a methodology for detailed seismic surveying using 3D method in Russian Arctic. Purpose Drawing on a constructionist-poststructuralist feminist perspective, this paper aims to extend thinking the evolution of entrepreneurial ecosystems by exploring how gendered can become more inclusive. As global decarbonisation pressures grow, so do calls for ‘just transition’. Urban and regional governments are exploring what this means their jurisdictions.
